The customer had a fixed supplier before, but the latest product that the customer wanted was special (mining optical Fiber cable), and the their supplier can not meet their needs, then the customer began to contact our company for product consultation. The optical cable required by the customer needs to be preassembled with connectors and the size of the breakout unit is smaller than regular . Thus its hard to find in the market. Even though if we have the split device, it is very hard to install it on this heavy drums of cable
In order to meet customer's product requirements in 100%, we discussed with customers many times to ensure that the product structure details. During the process of discussion, our engineer implemented the drawings through the customer's description and confirmed it with the customer several times. After 6 tests, the actual product effect was confirmed through video display. After getting the customer's approval, we immediately found a factory to make the cutomized breakout units to make sure that there is no delay in delivery. And it took a lot of energy and effort for the operators to install the connector to this big drums which is over 60KG. The final product successfully reached the customer's standard, met the customer's special requirements for the product, and completed the production within one month, ensuring the delivery time.
