GYTA53 outdoor fiber optic cable
GYTA53 outdoor fiber optic cable
The GYTA53 outdoor fiber optic cable, 250μm, are positioned in a loose tube made of a high modulus plastic. The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound. A FRP, sometimes sheathed with polyethylene (PE) for cable with high fiber count, locates in the center of core as a metallic strength member. Tubes (and fillers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular cable core. The cable core is filled with the filling compound to protect it from water ingress, over which a thin PE inner sheath is applied. After the PSP is longitudinally applied over the inner sheath, the cable is completed with a PE outer sheath.
What does GYTA53 stand for ?
GY——outdoor optical cable for communication room (field) T——filled structure A——aluminum-polyethylene bonded jacket (referred to as A jacket) 5——corrugated steel tape 3——polyethylene protective sleeve
Characteristics of GYTA53
1.Good mechanical and temperature performance
2.High strength loose tube that is hydrolysis resistant
3.Special tube filling compound ensure a critical protection of fiber
4.Crush resistance and flexibility
5.PE sheath protects cable from ultraviolet radiation
6.FRP used as the central strength member
7.Loose tube filling compound and 100% cable core filling
8.PSP enhancing moisture-proof
Applications place
Overhead laying, DUCT and direct buried.
difference between GYTA and GYTA53
GYTA outdoor communication, metal reinforced member, loose sheathed stranded, fully filled, aluminum-polyethylene bonded sheathed optical fiber cable laying method and use overhead, pipeline
GYTA53 outdoor communication, metal reinforced member, loose sheathed stranded, fully filled, aluminum-polyethylene bonded jacket, corrugated steel tape armored polyethylene outer sheathed optical cable
From the structure, it can be seen that GYTA53 has an additional layer of corrugated steel tape, so GYTA53 has stronger compressive strength than GYTA.
